Realtor & Seller Notes
Important Timing Notes
Please have the property fully ready at the scheduled start time so we can ensure our team has the full window to create beautiful content
Cleaning and staging should be completed before arrival
Delays in preparation may reduce shooting time or require rescheduling
We recommend minimizing people moving through the home during the shoot, in a perfect world the
home is vacant so our team can move freely throughout the space to create our best work
Children and pets should ideally not be present during photography/video
Drone Photography Notes
Drone photography is weather dependent and subject to FAA regulations.
Please notify us beforehand if:
There are restricted access gates
Nearby construction may impact views
Boats, cars, or special staging should be visible for aerials
It is a good idea to tell neighbors about this as the drone can be seen and heard from nearby properties
Final Walkthrough Before Arrival
Before the media team arrives, do one final pass through the home:
All lights ON
Toilet lids DOWN
Ceiling fans OFF
Cars REMOVED
Blinds/window treatments adjusted evenly
Clutter hidden
Personal photographs minimized
Thank you for helping us present the property at its absolute best. Small details make a major difference in the
final imagery and marketing impact. We look forward to capturing your property.
